 looking for a challenge? The balance base kit gives a more realistic training session and ensures paddling posture and core activation is kept throughout the stroke.

The balance base kit has been developed with single outrigger paddlers in mind. Designed to give the paddler feedback while paddling, the rocking will keep you aware of how the body's movements will affect the canoe in the water. 

To keep the ERG balanced, core stability as well as a good connection and timing all need to happen simultaneously. 

 If you are a single outrigger paddler wanting a more complete workout this is for you.

• Easy 5-minute installation.
• Adds a fun and challenging element to ERG paddling.
• The Balance base can be removed in seconds or chocked on either side to prevent rocking if not wanting to use the balance function.
• Pads are adjustable side to side. This allows the user to adjust the balance of the ERG to suit individual preference.
